• Check that the Captain’s name, photo, vehicle number and rating shown in the app match the vehicle that arrives.
• Confirm the number plate before getting in, especially at busy pickup points.
• Add or review your emergency contacts in Profile → Safety so they’re ready if you ever need to share a ride.
• Wait in a well-lit, visible area rather than isolated spots when possible.

• Your route is tracked in the app for the duration of the trip.
• You can share live trip status with a trusted contact at any point during the ride.
• If the Captain deviates significantly from the expected route, check in with them or use the in-app safety options.
• Wear a seatbelt or helmet as applicable, and follow standard road-safety practice.

If you ever feel unsafe or are involved in an incident, use the in-app SOS option to alert your emergency contacts, and contact local emergency services directly where there is immediate danger. Afterwards, report the incident to us through Help & Support so our team can follow up.

Captains complete an onboarding process that includes identity and driving licence checks, vehicle registration verification, and acceptance of our Captain conduct policy before they can accept rides. We may periodically re-verify Captain documents and suspend accounts that fail to stay compliant.

Every ride is tracked from pickup to drop-off using GPS. This trip history lets you review past rides, helps our team investigate reported incidents, and supports route-related Lost & Found or dispute resolution requests.

Use the “Share Trip” option to send a friend or family member a live link showing your Captain’s details, vehicle and route in real time. We recommend sharing your ride details for late-night trips or when travelling somewhere unfamiliar.

The SOS button, available throughout an active ride, immediately notifies your saved emergency contacts with your live location and trip details. Use it any time you feel unsafe — you do not need to wait until the ride ends.

You can report an unsafe ride, unsafe driving, or any behaviour that made you uncomfortable through Help & Support or by rating the ride and adding details immediately afterwards. Reports are reviewed by our trust & safety team, and may result in a warning, suspension or removal of the Captain from the Platform depending on severity.

• Treat every Captain, rider and member of the public with respect.
• No harassment, discrimination, threats or violence of any kind.
• Do not ask a Captain to break traffic laws or take unsafe shortcuts.
• Do not carry prohibited, illegal or hazardous items on a ride.
• Report safety concerns promptly rather than handling them alone.
