ChandigarhRide is a ride-booking platform built in and for the Chandigarh Tricity. It connects riders with verified local ride partners (“Captains”) for quick, affordable and safe everyday travel. The Tricity is where we start; our goal is to expand to more cities across India.

• Auto rides — comfortable, budget-friendly rides for short and medium distances.
• Cab rides — comfortable rides for families, groups, airport and railway station trips.

ChandigarhRide is launching in Chandigarh, Mohali, Zirakpur, Panchkula, Kharar.

• Download the ChandigarhRide app and sign in with your mobile number.
• Enter your pickup and drop-off locations and choose Bike, Auto or Cab.
• See the estimated fare before you book, then confirm to get matched with a nearby Captain.
• Track your Captain live, ride, and pay through the ChandigarhRide Wallet or another supported method.

Riders can add money to the in-app ChandigarhRide Wallet and use it to pay for rides. Wallet top-ups and online payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partner, Razorpay, using UPI, debit/credit cards and net banking. The rules for top-ups, wallet usage, refunds and cancellations are set out in our Terms & Conditions and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
